Mason got to go to his first official friend birthday party over the weekend. It was at Jump Town, an inflatable jumping place. The plan was for me to take Mason and Jacob to stay home with Max, but late in the week one of Jacob's employees passed away suddenly and he attended the funeral on Saturday. We weren't able to get a sitter on short notice, so Mommy got to take ( and keep up with =) both boys!

Max found one inflatable that he could handle, as long as there weren't any big kids in it. The party was for mostly 5 year olds, but this wasn't the only birthday party in the place. Max got knocked around quite a bit--it was all a little too chaotic for me.
This is what Max did most of the hour and a half that the kids jumped--went in laps around the place looking for Mason. We circled that place a bunch of times!
Mason had a ball and I think Max just liked thinking he was a big kid. They're growing up so fast! Now all Mason can talk about it where he'll have his birthday party!
